Deuteronomy 33:12

12  a Of Benjamin he said,

“The beloved of the  Lord dwells in safety.
The High God ▼
▼ Septuagint; Hebrew  dwells in safety by him. He
 surrounds him all day long,
and dwells between his shoulders.”
