16 a “Son of man b take a stick ▼

Or one piece of wood; also verses 17, 19, 20
and write on it, ‘For d Judah, and e the people of Israel associated with him’; then take another stick and write on it, ‘For f Joseph (the stick of g Ephraim) and all the house of Israel associated with him.’ 17 And h join them one to another into one stick, that i they may become j one in your hand.
