Luke 4:18-19

18  a “The Spirit of the Lord b is upon me,
because he has anointed me
to c proclaim good news to the poor.
d He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives
and e recovering of sight to the blind,
f to set at liberty those who are oppressed,
 19  g to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”
