Song of Solomon 6

Others

Where has your beloved gone,
O a most beautiful among women?
Where has your beloved turned,
that we may seek him with you?

Together in the Garden of Love

She

My beloved has gone down to his b garden
to c the beds of spices,
to d graze
Or  to pasture his flock; also verse 3
in the gardens
and to gather f lilies.
g I am my beloved’s and my beloved is mine;
he grazes among the lilies.

Solomon and His Bride Delight in Each Other

He

You are beautiful as h Tirzah, i my love,
j lovely as k Jerusalem,
l awesome as an army with banners.
Turn away your eyes from me,
for they overwhelm me—
m Your hair is like a flock of goats
leaping down the slopes of Gilead.
n Your teeth are like a flock of ewes
that have come up from the washing;
all of them bear twins;
not one among them has lost its young.
o Your cheeks are like halves of a pomegranate
behind your veil.
There are p sixty q queens and eighty r concubines,
and s virgins without number.
My t dove, my u perfect one, is the only one,
the only one of her mother,
pure to v her who bore her.
w The young women saw her and called her blessed;
x the queens and y concubines also, and they praised her.
10  z Who is this who looks down like the dawn,
beautiful as the moon, bright as the sun,
aa awesome as an army with banners?”

She

11  I went down to the nut orchard
to look at ab the blossoms of the valley,
ac to see whether the vines had budded,
whether the pomegranates were in bloom.
12  ad Before I was aware, my desire set me
among ae the chariots of my kinsman, a prince.
Or  chariots of Ammi-Nadib

Ch 7:1 in Hebrew
Return, return, O ah Shulammite,
return, return, that we may look upon you.

He

Why should you look upon ai the Shulammite,
as upon aj a dance before ak two armies?
Or  dance of Mahanaim
