Ezekiel 34:4-5
4 a The weak you have not strengthened, the sick you have not healed b the injured you have not bound up c the strayed you have not brought back d the lost you have not sought, and with force and e harshness you have ruled them. 5 f So they were scattered, because there was no shepherd, and g they became food for all the wild beasts.
