Isaiah 66:19
19 and I will set a sign among them. And from them a I will send survivors to the nations, to b Tarshish, c Pul, and d Lud, who draw the bow, to e Tubal and f Javan, g to the coastlands far away, h that have not heard my fame or seen my glory. And they shall declare my glory among the nations.
