John 6:49-51
49 a Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and b they died. 50 c This is the bread that comes down from heaven, so that one may eat of it d and not die. 51 I am the living bread e that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. And the bread that I will give f for the life of the world is g my flesh.”
